Long long years ago at home, they made a tryst with destiny, and now on the 20 ^th August of 2006 we shall redeem our pledge.

 

 

AIS proudly presents the 59^th Indian Independence Day Celebrations

 

 

Date: 20 August 2006

Venue: SGM 101 

Time: 10 am

 

 

At the stroke of Tenth hour in the morning, when the weekend is about to end, we will awaken to a magical moment of patriotism. A moment has come, which comes rare in your stay at USC, when you will step into Indian clothes and enjoy some desi music, theatre and quiz too!

 

Lets all pledge our attendance to this event and pay our tribute to the motherland.

 

 

Please note that those of who would register before or at the event are eligible for 25% discount coupons at Manas, the local Indian restaurant.

We will be giving out the AIS membership stickers and discount coupons
at the event.

Also available
at the venue would be tickets for the Annu Kapoor Antakshari, which
would be held at Bovard Auditorium on August 26th
