Now, it's time for you guys to share us the photos you had taken yesterday. We are going to bring up the AIS Photo Gallery soon in our website and have planned to upload the photos which you members would like to share. Also, we will feature the Top 3 Photos of the event and also mention the name of the AIS member who had sent it. So, this is your chance to become famous : ).

Also, we found 3 things which were left after yesterday's event. They are a cellphone charger, a metal bracelet and a braclet with pale yellow stones (mostly a girl's one, as its pretty small). If it is yours, please email us at so that we can hand it over to you.

Help Needed From International Students

Hi folks,

On Thursday, October 25th, international students are needed from 3:15- 4:00 in the Tutor Hall Board Room (RTH 526) to share their thoughts about the Student Health Center – good, bad, and ugly.  This feedback
would be very valuable as they move forward to build a new Student Health Center.

Please forward this email to all of your international student friends, because they really need to hear those voices!

Students who can attend should contact Allan Johnson, Director of Special Projects in the Division of Student Affairs, at directly.  He can answer any questions and make sure that you're on the list!

Want to learn how to be chill no matter what the @#+(&(*^%$# is going on with school, relationships, family, weather, bank account?

It's easy, and you can!! The YES+ course was developed in response to the specific need for stress-relief and increased productivity and well-being for young adults, especially on college campuses. Participant experiences and research shows that the course:
- increases focus & productivity
- enhances leadership skills
- develops confidence & communication skills
- powerfully decreases stress
- is a TON of FUN!!!!

It has been offered in over 100 campuses around the US and 1000s have benefited from it. WORTH IT? Hell yeah!!! That's why we're volunteering to make it happen! Read on for people's experiences...

"It was a wonderful life experience!" Steve, First year graduate student, Stanford University
"It was very uplifting. It has transformed me into a much more positive person. The stress I had to deal with in college was overwhelming and the Art of Living really allowed me to relieve this stress and acted as a sort of mental healing. It has allowed me to have a positive outlook on my goals and future. " - Maanasa, Sophomore, St. Louis University

"Amazing, made me feel so much better about myself.Brought more joy and understanding to my life." -Cullen, University of Colorado.

"The YES+ course is what every college student and young adult needs!" - Ganesh, UC Berkeley

MYRON SCHOLES, PhD, Nobel Prize Winner in Economics & Professor Emeritus, Stanford University Graduate School of Business, says about the course:

"In an uncertain world, learning to embrace uncertainty allows us to enjoy the chaos around us and to reduce the stress and anger in our lives. The Art of Living courses teach us how to breathe and to meditate to embrace uncertainty, and, once calmer, to enjoy learning and to enhance our creativity. These, in turn, lead to happiness and a desire for connectivity with those around us. Just like exercise, after a while, sometimes months, the breathing techniques become an integral part of our lives."

The YES+ course is offered by the Art of Living Foundation, a United-Nations chartered non-profit organization dedicated to bringing peace to society by fostering peace and well-being in the individual.
